Key Responsibilities:
• Process a range of banking transactions and services
• Maintain customer accounts with limited exceptions
• Offer referrals to business partners effectively

• Engage in community networking and outbound calling

Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Retail banking or customer service experience a must
• Self-motivated with strong sales skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Integrity and decision-making capabilities
