8+ years within strategic sourcing and technology procurement engagements

Strong negotiation of SOWs , MSAs , NDAs, commercial terms, pricing, and deal structures

Experience in a highly regulated environment supporting procurement and supplier engagements

Robust understanding of contract terms , supplier risk considerations, and procurement lifecycle requirements

Post-secondary education is an asset

Nice to Have

Supply chain certifications

Banking, financial services, or healthcare industry experience

Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba and Coupa

Responsibilities





Develop sourcing pipelines and category strategies for assigned technology categories

Lead supplier evaluation and supplier selection activities

Drive RFx, supplier negotiation, and deal structuring activities

Support sourcing engagements through onboarding, renewals, order forms, and SOW execution

Partner with vendor management to align on supplier risk and agreement readiness

Recommend sourcing process improvements that enhance efficiency and control effectiveness

Present research findings and sourcing recommendations to management and business stakeholders
