Tata Steel Minerals Canada is hiring a Journeyman Carpenter for a Fly In/Fly Out position to enhance camp facilities in Labrador. Experience on-site safety procedures while applying your carpentry skills effectively.

In this role, you'll be a vital part of the maintenance team working primarily on camp facilities. Your ability to read blueprints, measure, cut, and assemble will ensure high-quality workmanship in outdoor settings throughout the year. The job includes limited supervision and requires solid time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret blueprints and calculate project specifications
• Construct foundations and install critical structures
• Fit and install doors, stairs, and trims




• Assist supervisors in estimating costs for projects
• Manage tools and material inventory on site

Requirements:
• Current Class 5 driver's license required
• Fall Arrest certification considered an asset
• Experience as a millwright with carpentry skills
• Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
• Journey person level skills in Carpentry expected
