As an Animal Care Advisor ( Rodents ), you help customers find the right products and better understand their pets' needs. You mainly cover: rodents and small mammals - habitats, nutrition, and care.
You keep aisles and displays tidy. You also take part in cleaning and maintenance for your department - cages, habitats, and animals - as practiced in the store, and work with the department lead and the rest of the team.
This is a hands-on role focused on advice, availability, and enjoying work with animals and pet lovers.
Genuine interest in animals in the Rodents department.
Comfortable with customer service.
Adaptable availability, including weekends as needed.
Preferred qualifications Experience in a pet store, retail, or animal care.
Basic knowledge of Rodents.
Able to advise in French (English is an asset).
