Tri-Core Projects is hiring an Experienced Equipment Operator in Winnipeg. This full-time position is crucial for our Underground division, focusing on the protected operation of heavy equipment.
As an Equipment Operator, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills in heavy civil construction for Tri-Core Projects. We value experienced individuals who can independently operate machinery and effectively communicate with site personnel. This role requires three years of equipment operation expertise and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safe and effective operation of excavators and dozers
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues
• Identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety measures
• Handle materials and conduct inspections on equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years operating heavy equipment
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
• Ability to complete a Criminal Background Check
• Willingness to travel to different project sites
• Physically able to meet job demands
