Support women in their recovery journey as a Recovery Support Worker at Ruth and Naomi’s Mission. This role focuses on providing compassionate assistance in a faith-rooted environment during overnight shifts.

Based in Chilliwack, BC, this casual position is perfect for those who have flexible schedules, especially on evenings and weekends. You'll help clients navigate their paths to healing utilizing the Genesis Process model, promoting a structured and grace-filled atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support life skills development and structured activities
• Offer emotional support and crisis intervention
• Promote a safe and encouraging recovery environment
• Collaborate with the team and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with group facilitation

Requirements:
• Experience in addiction recovery, counselling, or social services recommended
• Trauma-informed and harm-reduction understanding
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check required
• First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
