Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging lesson plans for diverse skill levels
• Implement autism-informed coaching techniques effectively
• Ensure activities run smoothly and on schedule
• Provide mentorship to support workers during sessions
• Complete participant assessments and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience in coaching youth sports
• Valid CPR-C and Standard First Aid Certifications
• Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification mandatory
• Ability to work comfortably in various pool depths
• Must be 16 years or older with a clear criminal record
