As a Graduation Coach, you will be dedicated to enhancing graduation rates and addressing challenges faced by Black students. The role requires developing board-wide initiatives, providing personalized coaching, and collaborating extensively with families and community stakeholders. Your efforts will be crucial in establishing a supportive and equitable educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate and facilitate discussions on student experiences
• Deliver culturally tailored coaching programs and workshops




• Maintain confidentiality while communicating with stakeholders
• Analyze and track student data for progress monitoring
• Collaborate with school teams to support at-risk students

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Four years’ experience within Black community settings
• Solid advocacy skills and understanding of anti-oppression
• Valid driver's license required for school travel
• Commitment to ongoing improvement and student success
