Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of software projects, meeting quality standards and business objectives.
Collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and other departments to define project roadmaps and priorities.
