At Cyclic Materials, we're pioneering rare earth recycling and need a hands-on Cost Accountant. This role is designed for someone passionate about finance and manufacturing, focusing on cost visibility and operational metrics across our creative facilities. You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance the decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuously enhance standard costing for all manufacturing units
• Develop and communicate monthly variance reports
• Lead inventory valuation and reconciliation processes
• Conduct cycle counts and improve inventory accuracy
• Provide profitability insights to guide business strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CMA preferred
• 4-5 years of relevant manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong understanding of inventory assessment and control
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or ERP systems
• Excellent Excel skills and analytical mindset
