Key Responsibilities:
• Lead labour relations, collective bargaining, and grievance management
• Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational priorities
• Provide strategic workforce and risk management advice
• Oversee HR policies, programs,
and practices compliance
• Manage HR budgets and external service providers
Requirements:
• Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field
• CPHR designation required
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
• Proven collective bargaining and mediation experience
• Robust leadership and communication skills
