As a Behaviour Therapist, you will report to the Clinical Manager and work under supervision to implement impactful therapy programs for children. Your responsibilities will include tracking progress, training families in behavior management, and fostering a collaborative community environment. Specialize in Applied Behaviour Analysis and make significant contributions to children’s development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor individualized intervention plans
• Work closely with families to implement programs




• Assess behavioral needs and gather data for analysis
• Provide community networking to enhance service integration
• Function as a team leader for training in the region

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Behavioural Sciences required
• Minimum three years of experience working with autism children
• Solid knowledge of behaviour analysis interventions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Driver’s license required for job-related travel
