Step into a vital leadership role as a Nurse B at Weyburn Special Care Home. This full-time temporary position oversees patient care and resource management in an acute setting.

As a Patient Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering 24-hour oversight of patient placements and ensuring safety throughout the facility. This role involves teamwork with nursing staff, physicians, and families, ensuring smooth transitions for patients and efficient resource use. Your expertise will help shape clinical practices and drive care coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 24-hour clinical oversight in patient care
• Manage patient placements and movements effectively
• Evaluate staffing needs and reassign resources




• Serve as the management representative in after-hours issues
• Develop and implement care protocols and measures

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
• Registration or eligibility with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
• Robust clinical judgment and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in similar roles preferred
