Join Shared Health as a Primary Nurse Therapist focusing on Child and Adolescent outpatient care in Winnipeg. In this in-person role, provide essential mental health support to young patients.

This full time position requires specialized experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Nursing, ideally four years in acute care. You'll work within the Child and Adolescent Eating Disorder unit, assessing patients and implementing effective intervention strategies, while also being prepared to handle emergency situations under the Mental Health Act.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments on patients
• Create and implement tailored treatment strategies
• Document all patient interactions and treatment updates




• Facilitate supportive family sessions when needed
• Commit to continuous education in mental health advancements

Requirements:
• Minimum four years of nursing experience in mental health
• Graduation from an approved nursing program
• Active membership with CRNM or CRPNM
• Proficient in computer applications for patient management
• Familiarity with Indigenous cultures is favored
