As a Fairmont Gold Supervisor, you will manage the exclusive Gold floor operations at the renowned Fairmont Hotel. Your focus will be on delivering unparalleled luxury service while supporting your team. Collaborating effectively with various departments will ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations of the exclusive Fairmont Gold lounge
• Foster personalized guest service from check-in to departure
• Coach and support team members for exceptional service
• Anticipate guest needs through profile reviews and requests
• Ensure high standards in food and beverage presentations
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in Food & Beverage service leadership
• Background in luxury hotel or dining settings preferred
• Capacity to lead and respond to busy service demands
• Valid Serving It Right certification
• Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar systems
