Definition of work:
The Diagnostic Imaging Technologist III (MRI Technologist) reports to the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging. The incumbent will perform all aspects of Magnetic Resonance Imaging, client care, quality control, and other duties related to MRI.
The successful candidate must demonstrate an awareness of and be responsible for promoting and supporting person-and family-centered care,



demonstrate a commitment to safety and partner with all team members to improve worker and patient safety by integrating safety into work practices, identifying risks and implementing improvements.

Required qualifications:
* Completion of a recognized MRI program.
* Current and on-going MRI certification with CAMRT.
* Demonstrate a high degree of independence, leadership ability, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
* Consistent demonstration of the core values of NL Health Services: Innovation, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence (I CARE)
* A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required for this position.
* A satisfactory certificate of conduct from the RCMP or local police authority.
