The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for managing the quality, efficiencies and productivity of the Service Advisor, Detail & Lot Services teams. This area of the service department handles all aspects of new and used RV inventory for delivery, reconditioning, and inventory maintenance, as well as all customers returning for repairs. The Assistant Service Manager leads and directs all employees within that area of the service department. In conjunction with the Service Manager, the Assistant Service Manager is responsible for meeting sales, forecasts, efficiencies, profitability targets, expense controls and delivering a high level of workmanship on time.
Playing an active role as part of the management team of the location, the Assistant Service Manager sets a tone consistent with Company Values, the highest standards of business ethics and a commitment to fair treatment and respect for Company Staff. JOB DUTIES:

Work with the Service Manager to ensure full collaboration between internal and external service advisors with all other departments and the tech team
Hire, supervise and direct the operations/administration team
Responsible for a secure and clean work environment
Ensure that all service advisors, forklift operators, and detailers, regardless of experience, receive training and upgrading
Conduct annual Performance Review Meetings
Develop, implement, and maintain processes to raise our level of customer & employee satisfaction
