With over 10 years of experience in pipeline work, this site-based role emphasizes compliance, ethical decision-making, and safety program implementation. You'll guide project leadership on HS&E; risks while mentoring new HS&E; Advisors. Your leadership will not only monitor safety compliance but also ensure teams are prepared for emergencies through effective training and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate high professionalism and integrity in safety management
• Advise teams on HS&E; risks and safety controls
• Conduct HS&E; orientation for employees and subcontractors
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Audit field-level hazard assessments for accuracy
Requirements:
• 10+ years pipeline industry experience
• CRSP or Diploma in Occupational Safety required
• Robust background in risk assessment and training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid provincial driver’s license and clear abstract
