You will also lead programming initiatives designed to enhance student belonging and engagement within the residence hall.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all aspects of the residence life program
• Develop and implement student success initiatives
• Act as an advisor to student clubs and residence council




• Supervise team staff and manage training processes
• Respond to urgent matters and disciplinary actions

Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years in student life or residence
• Experience in programming and event planning
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Must live on residence and be on-call
