What's the Job?

Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues

Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, using appropriate information gathering and data modeling techniques

Contribute to successful project completion with high quality, within budget, and on schedule

Review test plans, scenarios, and cases as needed to support testing activities

Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation

What's Needed?

8+ years of experience working as a Business System Analyst with requirements planning, data mapping, and documentation





5+ years of experience in Banking, specifically in Data analysis or Business analysis

Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Mandatory background check and willingness to attend face-to-face interviews on site
