Job Description About the Job: We are seeking a Salesforce Architect whois responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable and sustainableSalesforce solutions across our various lines of business. In this role, youwill oversee day-to-day operations of Salesforce applications, provide thoughtleadership, and navigate the team through design, architecture governance, andapplication roadmaps.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end architecture and design ofscalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across Salesforce platforms.

Define enterprise Salesforce strategies, datamodels, sharing and security frameworks, governance standards, and integrationpatterns.

Address data privacy, performance, and largedata volume considerations in solution designs.

Facilitate technical design sessions and createhigh-level and low-level solution documentation, including system landscapediagrams.

Lead the implementation, enhancement, andintegration of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and telephony solutions.

Design and implement AI-powered agentcapabilities, including agent assistance, interaction summarization, knowledgerecommendations, and productivity tools.





Provide architectural guidance for MarketingCloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization touchpoints to support integratedcustomer engagement journeys.

Serve as a subject-matter expert for Apex,Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and system integrations.

Mentor and provide technical oversight toonshore and offshore Salesforce developers and administrators.

Establish development standards and conductdesign and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Drive release management, CI/CD, and SalesforceDevOps practices using package-based deployments, Metadata API, Git, Jenkins,Bitbucket, or similar tools.

Investigate complex production issues, conductroot-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.

Collaborate with QA teams to review test plans,improve test coverage, and support test automation.

Work effectively within Agile delivery models,including Scrum and Kanban, while collaborating with cross-functional business,product, engineering, and operations teams.

Requirements Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience working with enterpriseplatforms, including at least 10 years within the Salesforce ecosystem.

4-5+ years of proven experience in a SalesforceArchitect role.

Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud andService Cloud capabilities.





Hands-on experience implementing and supportingSalesforce Service Cloud Voice solutions.

Functional knowledge of Salesforce MarketingCloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization.

Robust proficiency in Apex, Lightning WebComponents (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and platform security.

Proven experience designing enterpriseintegrations using REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, andmiddleware platforms such as Talend or Informatica.

Strong knowledge of Git-based source control,CI/CD pipelines, package-based deployments, and tools such as Jenkins andBitbucket.

Strong technical leadership, influencing, andmentoring capabilities, including experience managing onshore and offshoreteams.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication,and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively withtechnical teams and executive business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Application Architect and/or SystemArchitect certification.

Experience with Salesforce AI products andcapabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, and generative AI solutions.

Salary Range: $130,000 to $140,000 CAD/ year

The final compensation offered will depend on local marketconditions and geographic location, as well as job-related factors such as thecandidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, relevant experience, andeducation/training.
