Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end electrical design process, including conceptualization, detailed design, and validation for new products and systems.
Mentor and guide a team of electrical engineers, setting technical standards and fostering a culture of excellence.
Oversee the selection of components, design of schematics, and layout of PCBs for complex electronic systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, firmware) to ensure integrated product development.




Conduct rigorous design reviews, analysis, and testing to ensure product performance, reliability, and safety.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in electrical hardware design and product development.
Extensive experience with analog and digital circuit design , power management, and signal integrity.
Expertise in using EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or Eagle for schematic capture and PCB layout.
Strong knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and system-level integration.
