You will prepare specifications, manage the tendering process, and actively drive business development opportunities. Your influence will extend to mentoring junior engineers and strengthening client relationships across southwestern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical reviews on engineering projects
• Produce detailed reports for structural assessments
• Oversee the management of tenders and specifications




• Identify and cultivate business development opportunities
• Manage invoicing and ensure project financial health

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Minimum 15 years of consulting experience
• Preferred P.Eng. but other designations accepted
• Expertise in building science materials and methods
• Must have a valid class G driver’s license
