PharmAchieve is looking for skilled licensed pharmacists to assess candidates at mock OSCEs throughout Canada. Candidates will be evaluated on their performance, and your input will provide crucial insights to help them refine their abilities. A minimum of five hours per shift is required, with flexibility in scheduling based on available OSCE sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate candidates with a formal checklist
• Deliver constructive verbal and written feedback
• Encourage improvement by highlighting specific areas for development

Requirements:
• Canadian licensed pharmacist with positive standing
• Preferred clinical experience of 1-2 years
• Successful completion of PEBC exams in the last five years
• No affiliation with PEBC in the past five years
• Strong communication skills in feedback delivery
