Coordinate application and infrastructure releases across non-production and production environments
Support release planning, readiness assessments, implementation activities, and post-deployment validation
Create, review, and maintain CI/CD workflows and reusable patterns across repositories
Troubleshoot build, test, security scan, artifact publication, infrastructure, and application deployment failures
Support release windows and maintenance events, including health verification and rollback
Create and maintain change records, implementation plans, validation steps, rollback procedures, and release evidence
Ensure releases meet enterprise risk, audit, security, and change-management requirements
Coordinate technical reviews and approvals across application, infrastructure, operations, and platform stakeholders
Maintain repository and release controls, including required checks, code ownership, branch protection, release tags, and secure secrets handling
Assess environment readiness and deployment dependencies across development, test, and production environments
Monitor environment health and deployment performance and identify configuration drift and dependency failures
Use monitoring, logs, traces, and correlation IDs to triage availability and performance issues
Improve dashboards, service-level indicators, synthetic checks, and alert routing
Support incident investigation and complete follow-up actions
Support platform upgrades, pipeline updates, cloud migrations, and technology-modernization initiatives
Adapt delivery workflows for application and infrastructure changes
Test workflow changes before wider rollout using validation and rollback criteria




Contribute to container and Kubernetes delivery practices and front-end module pipelines
Develop release runbooks, deployment standards, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Automate repetitive release and support tasks
Use deployment, incident, and reliability metrics to prioritize improvements
Turn lessons from failed releases and incidents into process or automation changes
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, operations, security, and platform teams
Communicate release status, risks, environment issues, and implementation results
Escalate issues with evidence and coordinate ownership across teams
Requirements Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Azure infrastructure, and production monitoring
Experience with GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, event triggers, environments, approvals, secrets, runners, Git, and repository controls
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Terraform, including plan and apply workflows, modules, remote state, application hosting, configuration, diagnostics, and platform metrics
Experience with Dynatrace, centralized logging, distributed tracing, alerting, synthetic monitoring, and platforms such as Splunk or Datadog
Experience with Linux, Bash or Python, Docker, and sufficient Java/Maven and Node.js/npm knowledge to diagnose build and pipeline failures
Working familiarity with enterprise change management,



security scanning, artifact management, and secrets management tools
Experience supporting releases and production operations for customer-facing systems
Ability to safely modify pipeline code and configuration written by others
Strong troubleshooting across application, pipeline, infrastructure, and external-dependency boundaries
Experience with formal change controls and implementation or maintenance windows
Transparent written and verbal communication
Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Helm experience is useful
Experience with SQL Server and asynchronous messaging technologies such as JMS or Kafka is useful
Regulated financial services, audit evidence, or segregation-of-duties controls experience is useful
Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in CI/CD processes, Azure infrastructure management, and production monitoring, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and improving deployment workflows. Proficient in collaborating across teams to ensure compliance with enterprise risk and change management standards.
