The Resettlement Advisor plays a key role in the Refugee and Newcomer Services Team at KEYS, focusing on delivering trauma-informed support to newly arrived refugees. You will engage in one-on-one meetings, conduct needs assessments, and assist clients in securing appropriate housing while imparting essential life skills and community information to facilitate effective integration into Canadian society.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct personalized needs assessments for new arrivals
• Help clients secure long-term housing with community connections




• Provide educational sessions on life in Canada and budgeting
• Offer solution-focused brief counseling as needed
• Maintain comprehensive case documentation

Requirements:
• Knowledge of community integration services for refugees
