Key Responsibilities:
• Review contracts and specifications to identify conflicts
• Plan operations and manage construction schedules daily
• Monitor and control costs and labor expenditures




• Negotiate and prepare contracts with confidence
• Provide training and mentoring to Project Coordinators

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years in construction management
• Proven experience with large projects over $50 million
• Familiarity with commercial and residential construction
• Tower construction experience is a plus
• Post-secondary education in Project Management or construction
