In this crucial role, you’ll assist the Field Crew Coordinator while planning, coordinating, and leading construction activities. Your focus will be on ensuring safety, adhering to schedules, and maintaining high-quality standards across various sectors including mining and oil and gas. You will also provide training and support to team members, guaranteeing efficient workflow and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate work schedules for production locations
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control measures
• Ensure necessary materials and tools are available on-site




• Coordinate subcontractors’ activities to meet deadlines
• Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain safety documentation

Requirements:
• Experience in a steel cladding or construction environment
• Hold CSTS training certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledgeable in Building Codes for pre-engineered steel structures
• Solid leadership and communication skills
