About the Role Our client is seeking a seasoned Remote Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimize their diverse portfolio of investment properties. Operating entirely from a remote capacity, you will be responsible for maximizing the financial performance and strategic value of the portfolio through expert asset management. This includes developing and implementing investment strategies, managing risk, and ensuring assets align with overall company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate finance, market analysis, and asset management principles, coupled with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive value from afar, fostering a high-performance remote team culture focused on investment growth.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic asset management plans for a diverse portfolio of real estate investments
Monitor portfolio performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for value enhancement and risk mitigation.
Conduct regular financial analysis, including cash flow projections, budgeting, and ROI assessments for each asset.
Oversee property operations, leasing, and capital expenditures to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
Manage relationships with property managers, brokers,



lenders, and other third-party service providers.
Prepare detailed portfolio performance reports and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in real estate portfolio management, asset management, or investment analysis.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing real estate investment portfolios.
Strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation, market analysis, and legal aspects of property ownership.
Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams and stakeholders effectively.
