Take charge as the Senior BIM Manager for Glazing at Triumph Group located in the Greater Toronto Area. Drive innovation in glazing projects by leading BIM initiatives and enhancing drafting workflows.

This role focuses on defining and leading the BIM drafting function within Triumph's glazing division. Initially hands-on, you will establish and review crucial project drawings and fabrication packages while collaborating with estimators and project managers. Your strategic vision will help build a competent drafting team and create effective standards and templates as the division grows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee production of shop drawings and BIM/VDC models
• Coordinate drawing requirements with project teams




• Conduct clash detection on architectural designs
• Create and manage Revit drafting standards
• Ensure on-time delivery of accurate drawings

Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in curtain wall drafting
• High proficiency in VDC and BIM software, including Revit
• Expertise in developing and standardizing workflows
• Knowledge of model coordination platforms
• Proven track record in training drafting staff
