Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will ensure continuous improvement goals are met while adhering to Agnico Eagle’s core values. Your role involves maintaining a CI roadmap aligned with business priorities and facilitating CI processes across departments. By coaching leaders and teams on CI tools and practices, you will foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and maintain the Continuous Improvement roadmap
• Establish CI processes and methodologies site-wide
• Facilitate support for CI initiatives and project execution
• Drive and monitor Management Operating System governance
• Oversee Operational Technology initiatives for alignment
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years leadership in continuous improvement roles
• Robust knowledge of CI methodologies like Lean Six Sigma
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strategic mindset for aligning CI efforts with business
