Graham is actively looking for a Project Manager to support our Infrastructure Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing major projects with revenues up to $50M, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle while mentoring junior staff, applying your technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project delivery from pre-construction to close-out
• Monitor and control budgets, schedules, and risks
• Guide teams to ensure strong client and stakeholder experiences




• Mentor project management staff and establish performance goals
• Champion health, safety, and quality throughout projects

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years direct project management experience
• Technical trade certificate or engineering degree preferred
• Robust skills in estimating, risk management, and financial controls
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to mentor and develop teams
