Key Responsibilities:
• Lead qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives
• Plan user engagements to assess needs and behaviors

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in digital program support and UX/UI design
• Proficient in using Figma
• Expertise in user research methodologies and usability assessments
• Proven ability to collaborate with various teams
