Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and resilient backend systems using modern microservices architectures.
Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and roadmaps for new features and products.
Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of all software solutions deployed.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Expertise in one or more backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
Proven experience in building and maintaining secure, high-throughput financial applications.
