As a Line Cook, you will prepare delicious dishes to perfection, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. You’ll work in a clean, organized workspace and collaborate with our amazing team to ensure an exceptional experience for our members.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional, friendly guest service while ensuring food consistency and quality according to Club standards.Set up and stock station with necessary supplies.Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to food safety, portion control, waste management, and workplace standards.Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.Daily preparation of soups, sauces, and dressingsProduction of Daily fresh grab-and-go itemsAssisting with weekly food preparation tasks and menu preparation alongside the Sous ChefReceiving and putting away orders while maintaining proper rotation and storage proceduresMaintaining cleanliness and organization of prep areasFollowing recipes and ensuring consistency in quality and presentationHelping on Hot cooking line when neededAssisting the kitchen team with additional prep and production tasks as neededRequirementsMinimum 1 year experienceFood Secure Level One certification, requiredKnowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsPrevious kitchen or production cooking experience preferredSolid organizational,



communication and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPOS and Cashier experience an assetAbility to lift and move kitchen supplies and orders when requiredPositive attitude and strong work ethicFluent in EnglishValid work permit and SINNote: Physical aspects of this role include but are not limited to constant standing and walking throughout the shift, along with frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 30 lbs.
