LifeLabs is seeking a dedicated Part Time Lab Patient Technician to support multiple Patient Service Centers. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, performing phlebotomies, and preparing specimens for transport. An emphasis on communication and customer service is crucial as you maintain client relationships and complete data entries for test results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and explain specimen collection processes
• Perform phlebotomies and connect/disconnect holter monitors
• Conduct special test collections and complete documentation




• Maintain client relationships and provide follow-up support
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing
Requirements:
•Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program
•Phlebotomy experience is preferred
•ECG training or experience is a plus
•Excellent communication and computer skills
•Robust empathy and problem-solving abilities
