Job Overview

We are currently looking for a results‑oriented sales representative to represent our customers in grocery stores within their territory. As a member of the sales team, you will be responsible for calling customers to communicate and execute sales and merchandising strategies, promotions, and guidelines. You will achieve results by identifying volume opportunities, providing excellent customer service and product information, and ensuring product dominance and distribution. Excellent communication, sales skills, enthusiasm, and presentation abilities are essential. Highly organized and a natural problem solver, you will build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

- Represent ACOSTA in the assigned territory.
- Ensure all client standards are met according to shelf and plan‑ogram procedures, including cleanliness and product rotation.
- Place recent products on the shelf according to recommended procedures and maintain 100% distribution of existing items.
- Communicate information from the principal to store staff.




- Meet or exceed sales targets for in‑store programs.
- Make sales presentations to the store and/or store manager.
- Respect company procedures in the performance of work.
- Complete detailed reports.
- Complete all required documents related to the work in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales/customer service in grocery stores.
- Good communication skills.
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable car.
- Capability to drive a vehicle for an extended period.
- Storage space for sales materials at home.
