Join S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Multi-Level Care Society as a Practical Nurse dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors. In this cooperative role, provide essential nursing services tailored to our residents' needs.
This position involves reporting to the Director of Care while delivering excellent nursing care in a culturally sensitive environment. You will guide the care staff in executing care duties while utilizing your nursing process skills to ensure optimal resident outcomes. Effective communication is key in this supportive role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer nursing care to residents as assigned
• Guide and direct care staff in delivering quality care
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Solve problems related to resident care collaboratively
• Document resident care accurately and comprehensively
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Practical Nurse program
• Active membership with BCCNM in British Columbia
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with residents
• Physical fitness to fulfill nursing responsibilities
