In your role as a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee intricate project details from start to finish. With at least 5 years of project management experience in geotechnical engineering, you’ll prepare contractual agreements and maintain schedules. Your mentorship to junior staff and focus on health and safety will be crucial for our expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of ground improvement projects
• Develop and monitor construction schedules for timely results
• Negotiate contracts and implement changes effectively
• Collaborate with subcontractors to meet project goals
• Assist in maintaining job cost and financial estimates
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• APEGBC or ASTTBC registration or eligibility
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Proficiency in foundations and earth retaining structures
• Excellent communication and project management skills
