Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver therapeutic services aimed at enhancing employment readiness
• Work with coaches to manage emotional wellness




• Coordinate intervention strategies in crisis situations
• Create psychological assessments and reports
• Conduct psychoeducational workshops as needed

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related discipline
• At least 3 years in youth therapy roles
• Registered with a recognized qualified body in Alberta
• Knowledgeable in trauma and related disorders
• Preferred experience with high-risk youth environments
