Wage:
$48.23 per hour (full-time) + benefits according to LiUNA collective agreement

Location of Work:
Various locations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Province of Ontario

Job Description:

Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas

Erect and dismantle scaffolding, forms, ramps, barricades, etc. at construction sites

Assist bricklayers and various tradespersons in construction activities

Mix, pour and spread materials such as mortar, cement, etc.

Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal

Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment

Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction





Perform other activities at construction sites as directed

Job Requirements:

2 years or more of experience working with bricklayers

Must be able to lift 50 lbs without strain

Ability to follow instructions

Team player with a positive attitude

Capable of working in a fast-paced labour-intensive workplace

Able to work at heights

Able to follow and obey health and safety rules

Punctual and willingness to work long hours and Saturdays if required
