This position requires active participation in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. You will utilize a depth of understanding in cultural principles as you provide exceptional primary care services and address client health needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document patient health and conditions
• Provide culturally sensitive healthcare services
• Coordinate team-based care initiatives
• Engage in health promotion and education
• Foster collaborative approaches in service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or similar qualification
• Active registration as a Registered Nurse
• 3 years’ experience in community health
• Training in cultural humility and anti-Indigenous racism
• Class 5 BC Driver’s License required
