Required registrations, BCLS, NICU course, breastfeeding and NRP certifications; minimum 2 years' neonatal nursing; IV/phlebotomy skills; robust teamwork and physical stamina. Rotating 12‑hour shifts; pay range $41.15–$58.98 per hour.
