Blackline Civil is seeking a skilled Civil Estimator to enhance our Edmonton-based team. This role requires a minimum of five years’ experience in civil estimating, focusing on underground utilities and earthworks. Your contributions will directly affect project outcomes and our overall growth by collaborating with project managers and ensuring accurate cost estimations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Develop accurate pricing for labour, equipment, and materials
• Analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers
• Identify project risks, opportunities, and implement value engineering
Requirements:
• 5+ years of civil estimating experience
• Proven expertise in underground utilities and land development
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods
