As the QC Equipment Manager, you'll report to the Test Manager and oversee all QC test equipment at our Surrey facility. This position involves managing inventory, conducting training on equipment usage, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. With three to five years of electrical testing experience, you will lead efforts to maintain safety and quality in operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote safety culture across QC and testing teams
• Maintain equipment readiness through repairs and updates
• Develop work instructions for testing processes




• Manage inventory of test equipment components
• Provide training on equipment use and safety protocols

Requirements:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical testing or manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of electrical safety standards
• Familiarity with LabVIEW and PLC-based systems preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot complex test systems
