Extendicare is seeking a Resident Care Manager to plan, direct and evaluate quality resident care across our long-term care homes in Canada. You will ensure optimal care delivery through effective HR management, nursing process utilization and collaboration with the management team.
Under the direction of the Director of Care, you will lead care planning, quality initiatives and staff development while upholding our mission, values and code of conduct.
