Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee mechanical and electrical subcontractor activities
• Assess construction progress for quality and schedule compliance
• Handle RFIs and shop drawing reviews efficiently
• Expedite equipment procurement and deliveries
• Assist with budgeting and pricing evaluations
Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering degree or related discipline
• 4+ years coordinating mechanical systems on projects
• Strong grasp of construction processes in infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction software
