Reporting to the Finance Manager, this critical Financial Analyst position requires expertise in financial data analysis, development of financial models, and ongoing financial reporting for the organization and its affiliates. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail in their analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial transactions for accuracy and consistency
• Prepare adjusting and accrual journal entries per GAAP




• Perform monthly financial analyses and variance reviews
• Conduct quarterly and monthly forecasting of key metrics
• Collaborate with team members for process improvements

Requirements:
• University Degree in finance, business, or accounting
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• CPA Designation required
• Advanced analytical skills with large datasets
• Robust Excel proficiency and problem-solving abilities
