Key Responsibilities:
• Manage collection communication and client engagement
• Conduct timely collection calls and maintain records
• Resolve disputes in coordination with clients and departments
• Collaborate with sales to foster effective collection strategies
• Train and mentor new collection analysts as needed
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in accounts receivable or collections
• English and French fluency is essential
• Microsoft Excel proficiency; familiarity with PeopleSoft preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Capable of managing deadlines and changing priorities
