About the role Entry Level Labour perform a variety of duties including physical labour, janitorial duties, operating equipment, and steam bay duties. No equipment operating experience is necessary. Location The position is site-based at our operations in the Elk Valley, and the ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Sparwood, B.C is necessary.
Schedule 4x4 shift rotation consisting of days and nights
Role responsibilities Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Perform a variety of duties including physical labour, janitorial duties, operating equipment, and steam bay duties
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Perform heavy lifting in a safe manner
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
Valid class 5 driver’s license
Previous heavy equipment operations or industrial experience is considered an asset




Salary Range $64,000 - $82,000 CAD / Year
Additional Information Base earnings reflected in salary range includes the hourly wage plus applicable shift premiums and will differ depending on location. It is calculated using a reasonably expected number of hours worked per year.
Successful candidates must be willing to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen and references.
